There are no substitutions, cancellations or refunds for missed/absent Pizza Days. We are given a special price on the pizza, because we buy it in bulk and as such, upon payment for Pizza Days, all money is immediately accounted for and allocated for that purpose. This is why an accurate head count from the beginning is absolutely imperative. If you know in advance that your child will not be available for all or most of the Pizza Days, it may be best to not enroll them in the program.
