Letter to our Families

Dear Summer Camp Parents and Campers,

As COVID-19 reopening information is continuously being updated by state and local officials, we want to ensure you that the safety, security, emotional, and physical well-being of our campers and staff remains our top priority. Although we hope to open summer camps on schedule, we will only do so under the advice and guidelines of local and state health authorities. As we closely monitor the road map to reopening, we urge you to follow the Stay-at-Home order as we all work to flatten the curve together.
We are looking forward to the summer season and being with our campers again in our Summer Camp program! We know you will have questions and concerns, as do we, and we will do our best to keep you updated as we go along. We do not have all the answers at the moment but are doing our best to have plans in place as restrictions change. We are still uncertain at this time our ability to offer specialty camps and field trips, and we know our summer camp program will look different. We are planning to offer day camp and are taking the necessary steps to ensure our staff are professionally trained in current social distancing and sanitation guidelines.

We will be implementing the following:
Temperature checks
Increased hand sanitizer stations
Increased disinfection of frequently touched surfaces
The use of face masks by staff and campers
Increased space between tables and activities
Staggered arrival and departure times or specific drop off and pick up zones
Staggered lunch and snack times

We appreciate your patience and continued support during this time. We hope to have Summer Camp information updated soon and look forward to opening our doors again!

Best regards,
